The CLIP Industrial Portfolio consists of the sale of 17 industrial assets throughout Montreal (11 assets), Calgary (3 assets), Edmonton (2 assets), and Toronto (1 asset). CBRE NIT-Vancouver was engaged by two co-owners of the Properties to assist in the disposition of the entire portfolio.
