Bentall Centre is a premier 1.4 million+ SF office portfolio in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. The NIT Vancouver team designed a global marketing campaign to match the elite characteristics of the asset and successfully marketed the additional 466,000 SF of additional commercial density to develop a tower between Bentall III and IV. This value creation maximized value to the Vendor and achieved record pricing for class ‘AAA’ downtown office product. This transaction represented one of the only Chinese institutional investments in Canada to date.
