Cynthia Jagger is Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for CBRE. Ms. Jagger has over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, focusing on the sale of multi-family and development site properties in British Columbia, and having completed over $2.0 billion in sale transactions since 2016.

As a former commercial appraiser at Altus Group, an emphasis on analytics has earned her a seat at the most influential tables in Vancouver real estate, such as the Urban Development Institute. As a member of UDI Board’s Executive Committee, Cynthia liaises with industry stakeholders and policymakers to shape the future of our communities. Additionally, as Vice-Chair of the Rental Housing Issues Committee, she is at the forefront of the rental housing discussion in Canada
