Clayton Skipper

Financial Analyst

Clayton joined the National Investment Team in June 2021 as an Intern, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and commercial real estate development lands across Western Canada. He conducts investment analysis, prepares proposals, and provides due diligence support for a diverse range of commercial assets—including office, retail, industrial, multi-family apartments, and development land. Particularly, he focuses on Development Land, Multifamily, and Joint-Venture Equity Raise mandates.

Prior to joining CBRE, Clayton gained valuable experience at Cadillac Fairview, where he consolidated and presented critical information pertaining to their properties throughout Western Canada. His strong analytical skills and attention to detail enhanced informed decision-making within the organization.

Clayton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
