A prominent business park in Richmond that includes 13 buildings and 700,000 square feet of office space has been put up for sale.
Sun Life Financial has enlisted CBRE to sell the Airport Executive Park situated around Shellbridge Way in Richmond. Listed in early July, the business park comprises 13 campus-style office buildings on 31 acres of land.
The offices range in size from 500 to 100,000 square feet and has 93 tenants including the offices of The Keg, Boston Pizza, Netgear and Premium Brands.
Sun Life built out the campus from 1974 to 2008.
Several of the older class-A buildings on the campus could be redeveloped, and the property is zoned to permit an additional 665,000 square feet of space, said Jim Szabo, CBRE’s vice-chairman, capital markets.
