Ashley O’Neill

Vice President

Ashley O’Neill joined as a Vice President of the Capital Markets’ National Investment Team in May 2022, where she specializes in consulting and advising investment clients on structured equity transactions across all asset types. Ms. O’Neill started her career at CBRE in 2010 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, where she oversaw CBRE’s platform operations including Research, Marketing, IT, and PR. She managed the strategy and implementation of CBRE’s multi-year corporate workplace transformation program in Canada.

Prior to joining the National Investment Team, Ms. O’Neill held the position of Vice President, Capital Markets at Western Wealth Capital (WWC). Ms. O’Neill was responsible for raising capital with both new and existing institutional and private capital investor channels, where she transacted over $1B in acquisitions and recapitalizations, raising over $330M in equity capital. Ms. O’Neill has carved a unique career path over the past 15 years with experience spanning both US and Canadian markets in investment banking, corporate finance, and commercial real estate, giving her a unique perspective on the buy side, sell side and commercial brokerage businesses.
