The Portfolio benefits from strategic locations along major arterials, and features diversification in terms of asset class, geography, and tenancy profile. After executing a comprehensive global marketing program, NIT Vancouver (along with Chris MacCauley of CBRE’s Metro Vancouver Industrial Team and Luke Gibson of Suburban Office Leasing Team) successfully transacted the Portfolio to a major Canadian investor in April 2018, which allowed the Purchaser to achieve immediate scale of institutional quality assets in Metro Vancouver.
